Muhammara - blend of roasted peppers, walnuts & pomegranate molasses. Smoked Aubergine - blend of roasted aubergines & tahini. Hummus - blend of chick peas, tahini paste & lemon juice, served with artisan bread.


Toasted Sesame Halloumi

Halloumi coated with sesame seeds, sautéed for that crispy exterior and served with sweet grape molasses.



Falafel prepared the traditional way, served hot with tahini & salad.


Baked Mushroom

Mushroom filled with a fluffy goats cheese, baked and finished with crispy prosciutto.
